Timelines vary depending on design complexity and size. Our Success process delivers projects 3-6 months faster from concept to completion. A typical custom home takes around 10 to 12 months once construction begins, while renovations or extensions can vary widely. You’ll have access to your project schedule and regular updates, so you’ll always know what’s happening and when.
Yes — if you’d like us to. We work with trusted local landscape architects and contractors to complete outdoor spaces that complement your home. From decks and pergolas to full landscaping packages, we can include it all in your proposal or coordinate with your chosen professionals.
Our commitment continues well beyond handover. We conduct follow-up visits at 3, 6, and 12 months to make sure everything is performing as it should. We also provide a full maintenance guide and are always available for advice or assistance. When we say Built to Last, we mean it.
