If you already have drawings, we can begin with the QBE straight away. As the design progresses, we refine these figures into an open-book, trade-by-trade cost plan. We then prepare a detailed Proposal outlining the Full Scope of Works, PC/PS allowances, inclusions, and exclusions. This gives you complete cost clarity before signing a fixed-price contract — no surprises, just confidence your home will be Built Better.
